Our Rooms & Suites:

Cold Creek Inn & Suite’s newly renovated accommodations provide restful surroundings designed with you in mind. We offer rooms with queen bed, and suites with 2 and 3 beds. Each room or suite features *FREE high speed Internet access*, 50 Cable channels on a large 25" TV, microwave, refrigerator, clock radio, air-conditioning, hair dryers, in-room coffee makers with a selection of coffee, tea, and cocoa. The in-room phones each have free local calls, long-distance access, and private direct-dial voice mail 24 hours a day. Enjoy our generous continental breakfast on the furnished deck with views of Mt. Shasta and Mt Eddy. *Breakfast includes Pastries, Oat Meal, Apple Sauce, Energy Bars, and a selection of Juices*. The Inn offers irons and ironing boards upon request.

AAA & AARP DISCOUNTS - We offer 10% AAA/AARP discounts. Show your card and save.

EXTENDED STAY & GROUP DISCOUNTS - Any guest staying 4 or more nights receives a 15% discount on Rack Rates for their entire stay. Groups booking 6 or more rooms will receive a 15% discount on Rack Rates for their entire stay.

Internet Access:

The in-room phones each have free local calling to several prefixes, as well as private direct-dial voicemail 24 hours a day. Cold Creek Inn & Suites has the distinction of being the only lodging property in Mt. Shasta in which each room has high speed Internet access for the convenience of our guests.

Smoking:

We are now a NO SMOKING facility. Smoking is not allowed inside the offices, rooms, or suites. Smoking will be allowed out of doors in the surrounding area. If you smoke on the boardwalk near the building, please close your room or suite door and window(s) to keep the smoke outside. There is a $200 fumigation fee to remove smoke from inside the rooms and suites. Thank you for your consideration of our other guests and our property.

Pets Welcome:

Cold Creek Inn & Suites is proud to be a pet friendly hotel. We are also dedicated to ensuring the comfort of all guests (pet owners and non-pet owners alike). To accomplish this we have created the following pet policy.

• Pet owners should let us know when making their reservation and upon check-in that they are traveling with a pet.
• The Cold Creek Inn & Suites has a pet area. When taking your pet outdoors (so they can take care of business), please be sure to use this designated area. Plastic bags are available for this purpose. * Housekeeping: Pets must be removed from the room before housekeeping can enter to clean your room.
• Please do not leave pets alone in the room.
• Their is a non refundable $10-$20 fee per pet per night.

This policy exist to ensure the comfort of all our guests and the safety of the Cold Creek Inn Staff. Guests keeping pets in their room without notifying our front desk may be charged a room cleaning fee of $200.

Cancellation Policy:

The Cold Creek Inn & Suites has a 24-hour cancellation policy for a non-holiday stay. To cancel, call before 3 p.m. the day before your reservation. If you cancel inside that 24-hour period you will be charged one nights stay excluding tax.

For holiday periods, the cancellation policy is 48 hours. If you do not cancel within the 48-hour period you will be charged one nights stay excluding tax.

If you have a reservation for two or more nights and you do not show up, you will be charged a one-night stay excluding tax and will lose the rest of your reservation if we do not hear from you.

For large groups who wish to rent out all of our rooms, you will be asked to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit six weeks in advance of your stay.
